If you're involved with investigating, gathering or specifying requirements, this 3-day, instructor-led workshop covering the skills needed by today's Business Analysts, Project Managers and Project Staff, is for you.
Using case studies and examples, you'll be involved in practical exercises to set targets, investigate requirements and specify functionality - whilst working within the business constraints and quality requirements of today's environment.
Skills and techniques learned in the course can be directly applied in a variety of project settings - software (re)development, enhancement and maintenance or system specification for a third party supplier.
